In 2024, after a 30-year career in Sustainable Energy, I was exhausted, stressed out and overwhelmed. I needed a change, and asked myself “what’s worthwhile?” I embarked on a spiritual, personal and professional journey through the “What’s Worthwhile” Podcast. I now have an answer to that question: Healing Mind, Body and Spirit. If you too are plagued by exhaustion, stress and overwhelm, I invite you to join me in seeking peace, vitality and joy. On the podcast, I interview fascinating people to dig into specific topics within that framework, and offer my own thoughts on holistic health and wellness.

I have decades of experience in sustainable energy, nonprofit management and business. I’m a strategist, advisor, program director, public speaker, writer, and group facilitator. I’m also a husband, dad and Christian. Over the years I’ve heard, seen, read, said, and built a lot of things. I am hopeful, eager and excited about our future!
